Main research activities of the research group

Research is directed on clinical psychiatry and psychotherapy. The main research areas concern the following topics:

Study of the etiopathogenesis and psychopathology of Feeding and Eating Disorders.
Psychopharmacology in the field of Feeding and Eating Disorders.
Psychotherapy, especially psychodynamic addressing.
Role of personality in the pathogenesis of mental disorders and in response to therapies.
Psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology and psychosomatics.
